Welcome to Wheatland Elementary School, the school where SPIRIT rules! We feel that Wheatland offers our students an excellent opportunity to grow socially, academically, artistically and physically in an atmosphere that is positive, caring and often very exuberant and fun.
Introduction
In addition to ensuring that our students are provided with the most outstanding opportunities in the areas of academics, technology, Fine Arts and Physical Education, Wheatland Elementary also focuses on cultivating essential leadership characteristics in our children. Through The Leader in Me approach, our school aspires to develop in our students personal leadership and 21st century life skills, such as goal setting, time management, teamwork, problem solving, respecting diversity, and life balance. We encourage our parents and others to join with us in this endeavour.
